Not much to report about the day… Marsh is a little grizzly bear because of the pain in his belly. He just wants to sleep or watch movies.

The drain can’t come out tonight as the output is still too great.

Today has been difficult all around.

Stand in cardiologist (Dr. Kane) stopped in to check on Marsh and will be covering Friedman’s absence (Friedman is in japan still).

Dr Kane is reaching out to Dr Smith tonight. Maybe we can at least get back to New York if we can’t make it home…

As soon as the drains are out, they will try for a sterile echo. Hopefully they can gather better info about the heart function, pressure and pulmonary vein gradient after that…
