Today’s appointment was ok. The echo revealed Marsh’s pulmonary veins are being bothersome. The gradient remains unchanged so those good thoughts are definitely working.

Dr Smith has picked up a problem with the right pulmonary veins (the blood flow is obstructed and changes when Marsh breathes).

The cath is definitely necessary.

The function looks the “best ever” and Marsh’s liver is much less enlarged. We will have to take Marsh for labs to check CBC, liver panel and such because it has been some time and Dr Smith does not want us to have any surprises in Boston .
