Marsh is first case.

Cath prep is at 6:45 am.

The echo showed the pulmonary veins have changed since the cardiologist appointment in Syracuse 12/19. The pressure gradient is up another 2 mm.

Dr. Friedman came in during the echo and promised to be around tomorrow after the cath. The tech took 96 images today during the echo. Marsh’s echo record number is 116 images.

There is a chance it is scar tissue in the veins that they can balloon dilate. There is also a chance that it is “other things” direct quote from Dr Friedman.

I told him we would cross that bridge when we get there. This mama and the rest of us do not need to worry about more.
