Marsh’s xray came back with some fluid in the lower lungs (I knew this last night by the way he was breathing at bedtime)

He is getting extra diuretic and floor doc is hopeful fluid will resolve with that bump.

And I have been patting his back every chance I get. The last thing he needs is pneumonia

They yanked the last of the external chest wires just now and marsh was not at all happy but has settled nicely in my arms.

Another xray in the a.m, a round of labs, and then if night is event free & lungs clear up, we will get out.

Pray. Harder. Please. I have an important appointment Tuesday that I really should not cancel and, more importantly, after the events of the past few weeks, this boy is entirely entitled to good food, better sleep, his brothers, his family, his friends, his pets, his costumes, and all the comforts of home ❤
