Plan is to drop ng tube, start the slidenifil & nutrition (dairy free formula with lipids), decrease nitric (went back up to 5% because his heart rate dropped to 60 bpm when they shut it off), try to dial back the vent (he went from 40% before we left last night to 70% this a.m.), balance his fluids, bridge the gap between where he is and where they want him to be, and hold off on extubation

Please pray harder and send some really, really good thoughts. He wakes up panicked and crying and they have to give more sedation meds which counters the attempts to wean vents.

And he is getting more blood.
