Hibernating

In good news, Marsh is stable, as healthy as he can be, and, above all else, happy.

In not good news, winter is the season of big germs. Especially in times like these.

After much thought, careful consideration, and a few sleepless nights of my own, Marsh’s dad and I have decided to keep Marsh home from school for a little while.

Plus Marsh is more fond of winter than I will ever be and he prefers to hibernate at times.

Thank you for your concern. And thank you more for your good thoughts and prayers – they plus the world’s best medical teams have given us 2,925 days with him.

Sending hugs and love ❤

(Now if I could just find a way to work as substitute from home…)

Party Postponed

Due to the unfathomable loss of beloved SE teacher, Dana Eaves, (plus so many others) and mother nature, Marsh’s party has been postponed.

We are sending hope, comfort, strength and prayers to all.

Hugs and love to all💖

P.S. From Marsh’s dad

I’m sorry to say, we must postpone Marshall’s Drive Through Birthday Celebration. Extremely icy road conditions, and an entire community mourning the loss of a beloved member of the SE School District, have convinced us, it’s best to call the party off for today.

Road conditions are not improving fast enough today and we worry for everyone’s safety. Please be be careful if you venture out today, We have been very fortunate to have so many friends and family looking forward to this birthday party, but we don’t want anyone risking their safety. We are looking at the possibility of rescheduling for Saturday Jan 22nd at 3:00. We’ll follow up in a couple days.
