Post Cath Consult

Dr Esch is pleased with how well Marsh is doing. The pulmonary vein stenosis has not progressed to the lungs. Marsh will need stents in the upper and lower pulmonary veins at some point in the future when he is bigger but not now.

The blood flow to the right lower lung has improved. The pressures in the Glens are high but pressures in the heart are nearly normal.

There were some collaterals that are not presently problematic so Dr Esch left them for now.

Future going, we need to be incredibly careful with Marsh when it comes to illness- especially upper respiratory, pnuemonia and flu.

Counting the seconds until I see him…

Post Cath

Dr Friedman just stopped by as Dr Esch was scrubbing out.

There was no stent placed. The pulmonary veins were balloon dilated. At this time I am not sure of the measurements or other findings.

Electrophysiology doctor is adjusting the pacemaker now as Marsh is waking up.

Dr Esch will be out soon to talk about the findings.

Dr Friedman is pleased with how Marsh is doing in comparison to the last time Marsh was here.

The tentative plan is to return every 3-6 months.

Thankfully going to 8 East for the night.

🤞We will see Marsh soon

Third Cath Update

They took more measurements, balloon dilated the upper and lower left pulmonary veins and placed a stent in the right pulmonary veins.

I was mid discussing with electrophysiology doctor about the pacemaker issues Marsh has been having so I may have misheard the nurse regarding the stent. We will know more after I speak to Dr. Esch the cath doctor.

Marsh and I will be staying here tonight.

Please send more prayers and good thoughts ❤
