Six years ago today baby Marsh underwent his second (and 17 hour!) open heart surgery on his eight month birthday

We are cheering you on here at home for now.

I can not believe we have a JUNIOR(!), Freshman(!!), seventh (!!!) grader, and first (!!!!) grader already!?!?!?!?!

And in not so good news, Marsh’s fever returned and increased last p.m. at around 10:20 p.m. Plus he is coughing ferociously. We are at the max level of home o2 support as well.

Presently waiting on a call back from Dr. Smith and will be heading to Upstate again if need be…

Please, please send some good thoughts/big prayers.

Marsh just wasn’t himself yesterday.

And he had a low grade fever which responded to tylenol (thankfully).

Nothing has changed since last visit. The gradient in the one lower pulmonary vein is 9.5.

And Marsh still has a pleural effusion in that left lung.

Dr. Smith thinks it best to get cath in September in advance of flu and winter seasons.
