Here is some good news: Marsh had a visit with Dr. Smith today. The echo looks good. The pulmonary vein gradient is 3mm…which is nearly equal to the discharge echo from the January cath!

Marsh’s weight is down and has had some headaches because he needs less duiretic. Dr. Smith recommends going down to 20 mgs of lasix three times a day with a boost of 10 mg as needed.

Marsh is scheduled for a visit in 5-6 weeks with Dr Smith.

Considering all of this and the Covid 19 crisis, we will not be going to Boston next week for the scheduled cath. They called to reschedule before Marsh and I had even made it back home.
