Dr Esch is pleased with how well Marsh is doing. The pulmonary vein stenosis has not progressed to the lungs. Marsh will need stents in the upper and lower pulmonary veins at some point in the future when he is bigger but not now.

The blood flow to the right lower lung has improved. The pressures in the Glens are high but pressures in the heart are nearly normal.

There were some collaterals that are not presently problematic so Dr Esch left them for now.

Future going, we need to be incredibly careful with Marsh when it comes to illness- especially upper respiratory, pnuemonia and flu.

Counting the seconds until I see him…
