Upper Respiratory follow up

Please send a healthy thought or prayer Marshall’s way: Marsh’s follow up with Gwen didn’t go so well. His lungs are full, sats are low… it is very obvious he needs o2 (which I don’t feel comfortable travelling in the car in event of car accident and such). She recommended going to the E.R.

He wants to be home.

I spoke to Syracuse at Pediatric Cardiology beginning with Super Smith’s nurse. She reached out to the attending cardiologist. They both spoke to Super Smith. They are all in agreement with Marsh’s request to remain home with o2 and very tight parameters – watching for high fevers and respiratory/other distress. If he should go past the parameters they declared, he is to go to Golisano.

They also said they would follow up Monday.

His appetite is good. Output is ok. I picked up saline drops to help him clear his nose and he (in his droplet mask) not only wormed a $5 spiderman movie out of me, but ran around the Dollar General.

I will update more if anything more changes. 💖
