Marsh had a good day yesterday and was up to walk around. His appetite has increased and he has been eating voraciously. He started asking to go home yesterday and is growing more persistent on this issue.

I think no reason to stay is a good reason to go.

But there are still a few things that need adjusting.

His fluid intake is not that great. I consider this his built in safety hatch for reining in the heart and lung issues he is dealing with. He is more comfortable fluid negative than fluid positive but that may be aggravating an elimination issue between his bladder and kidneys… perhaps even his liver, too.

Plus late night/early mornings are frightful here with decreased heart rates, lowered o2 saturations, and such. It happened again today. Fortunately the sleep I had Saturday helped me be alert for today’s events… before Saturday I couldn’t wake up during these events because I was so exhausted.
