W-e-l-l, the past three months have certainly flown by.
And it’s that time again: Time to head to Syracuse to see Dr S and the hometown teams. And this time we are taking in two wild boys. Dr S has agreed to check out Seth just to be sure all is well on the inside…
I can’t say I’m breathing much or well in anticipation of today’s appointment. The ginger miracle is still fighting off some (terrifying for Mom) croup. And winning like the champ that he is. He was raspy and still running around, climbing, playing, laughing at his brothers…
The strength and happiness Marshall possesses is as contagious as his cough, as a restaurant full of people showed last night. Tristen and I snuck some special time and Tristen managed to make Marshall laugh in these RIOTOUS, LOUD, INFECTIOUS, TEARS ROLLING belly laughs.
Which in turn made everyone in the restaurant stare at us.
In another life I would have been mortified. But in this one I was laughing so hard with them that I was in tears too :-).
My goodness I love these boys.
Which overwhelms me at times. Especially like these.
And as we all have learned, how Marshall is on the outside sometimes doesn’t align with what’s going on in the inside unless it’s super-not-so-good.
But I won’t dwell on that. I’ll just hold my hope high and hope everyone can send some good thoughts Marshall’s way. I will pay them back doublefold ❤
