He stood alone today!

It has been ages. Please forgive me. Life burns all of the energy I have to expend. And leaves so little for my second greatest passion…

Today I witnessed the proof: Marshall inherited his daredevilish, mule stubbornish ways from me (and maybe his dad…the jury’s out on that since Michael strikes me as the cautious, precise type whereas I’m pretty reckless at times 😉 ).

Anyway this littlest ginger miracle showed me just how determined he is when he wants something. We were playing before physical therapy and pushing around a walker he received as a Christmas gift when…VOILA! Marshall. Stood. Alone.

Yes, “mean” mom (me) was trying to help Marshall push his walker when he “hulked” for lack of a better term (for better understanding imagine an irritated Incredible Hulk and you’ll get it!)

Marshall pushed the walker away.

Marshall pushed me away.

And there he stood.

Alone. And well balanced. For something like 5 seconds.

Y’all know what comes next, right? My crazy busy life will be tuned to listening to (and chasing after) the pitter-patter of four sets of wild boy feet RUNNING.

My. Goodness. I. Can. Not. Wait.
