I slept in a bed for the first time in 16 days. Michael stayed with our little miracle.  Yes I freaked out. A lot. And when michael didnt reply to 3 texts, i called panicking.

Everything was ok.

There’s something restorative about getting away from hospital traffic, air, beeps, bells, & whistles.

When I awoke Isaac said “Mommy you snored last night . Why is your skin soft? And your belly so little? Are you happy you are normal?”

I was happier to be able to reach out and touch these boys of mine in all of their wildness & rambunctious energy.

And per the update Michael sent, Marshall ate almost a full feed by bottle this a.m… a whopping 39 ml!!
